Sharing the magic moments with customers
Last week I attended a great evening hosted by the “Wizard of WOW”, Paul Dunn.
Paul’s favorite sayings include “Funky Business” quotes like “We are in a sea of sameness, in a winner takes all world, normal equals nothing – be abnormal“.

Magic Moments
Considering the time spent with your customers there are time gaps when they don’t hear from you. These time gaps can be turned into “Magic Moments” For example, a simple text message planned ahead, can be really effective.
Instead of picking up the telephone to confirm an appointment, try this… “Really looking forward to seeing you soon at our office, how do you have your coffee?”
And the good news is this type of action can be systematized on your Sauce platform!
Powerful words
Changing the way you refer to your customers changes everything. Referring to them as “Members of your Client Club” gets you thinking a little differently about your customers and opens up the opportunity to have a secured Client Club area on your website for forums, blogs and all sorts of helpful information largely contributed by your clients.
Intimate gestures
And finally, intimate gestures to connect with your clients, like a smile or an office guest menu, can make a great first impression.
